REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. All products are “as is” and are disclaimed from the warranties of merchantability and fitness for particular purpose. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at our email address, info@terpkingscooler.com, for further assistance.

  2. No product exchanges for a different one.

  3. If the product is undamaged (and not customized) and you would like to return it, you can do so for credit ONLY within 7 days after you have purchased the product. There is a restocking fee of $100.  Also, you are responsible for returning shipping costs and shipping cost of new product.  For support with return contact us at our email address, info@terpkingscooler.com.

FUlFILLMENT & SHIPPING POLICY

  1. All products will be shipped discretely via various shipping services, FedEx, UPS, or USPS.

  2. We are not responsible for items lost in transit, items sent to the wrong address, customer is responsible for filing claim with shipping company.

  3. We are no responsible for items damaged in transit, unless there was a packaging error on our part.

TeRMS & CONDITIONS

  1. When buying a product, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for reading the full item listing before making a commitment to a product: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to purchase a product when you commit to buy a product and you complete the check-out payment process.  The prices we charge for our products are listed on the website. We reserve the right to change our prices for products displayed at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur.

  2. You agree to receive from time to time promotional messages and materials from us, by mail, email or any other contact form you may provide us with (including your phone number for calls or text messages). If you don't want to receive such promotional materials or notices – please just notify us at any time via email at info@terpkingscooler.com.
